Thermodynamic steam traps

The UDT46 series thermodynamic steam traps are designed for use with the CTS4U Compact Trapping Station. They are made of stainless steel and have an insulation cover that ensures consistent operation. These traps are ideal for high-pressure systems and steam tracing applications.

The intermittent discharge feature and replaceable seat and disc make them reliable and long-lasting. With only one moving part, they offer a wide operating range without adjustment. These traps are compatible with UCX universal connectors and CTS4U compact stations, making them versatile and easy to use.

Bimetallic steam traps

BM-HC series bimetallic steam traps and air eliminators are known for their simplicity and durability, making them ideal for large process applications. They come equipped with various bimetallic regulators to ensure the desired flow rate, with standard flanged connections.

Float and thermostatic steam traps

The UFS32 series comprises stainless steel float and thermostatic steam traps with integral air vents that are maintenance-free and sealed. They are specially crafted to function with low and medium-pressure steam, catering to various heating and processing equipment. Common uses include unit heaters, heat exchangers, dryers, jacketed vessels, and applications requiring continuous drainage.

These traps are compatible with UCX universal connectors and CTS4U compact stations, featuring modulating discharge and condensate discharge at steam temperature. They remain unaffected by sudden or substantial load and pressure variations, providing excellent air discharge through the thermostatic air vent.

Compact trapping stations

The ADCA CTS4U is a complete and compact steam trapping station designed to be used as an alternative to traditional multi-component trap stations, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime and associated costs. 

The swivel connector allows steam trap replacement in only a few minutes without disturbing the pipeline. Compatible with “two-bolt” UniADCA universal steam traps and other universal steam traps with swivel connectors. Typical installations include drip service on steam lines, tracing, SKID’s and small process equipment. 

Built-in strainer and check valve. Reduced downtime and costs due to easy in-line maintenance. Safe depressurization through the bleed valve or BDV. Available with double upstream shut-off valves. Universal steam traps can swivel 360°, allowing the steam trap to be fitted in the correct position, regardless of pipeline configuration

Thermostatic steam traps

The TH13A series thermostatic steam traps and air eliminators from ADCA are specially designed for use on process equipment like kettle cookers, sterilizers, food, chemical, and laundry equipment, making them ideal for a wide variety of applications.
